PT Bank regional development in West Java and Banten, Tbk (Bank BJB) is one of the largest regional development bank Indonesia. Currently the Bank require for BJB in place in seven cities in Line IE: Sumedang, Majalengka, Cirebon, Kuningan, source, Indramayu and Tegal.

The requirements are as follows:
- Maximal age 25 years
- All majors, a minimum 2.75 GPA with D3
- Capable of speaking in United Kingdom (Passive minimal)
- Literary operate computers (at least Microsoft Office)
- Not married
- Attractive appearance
- being able to work together and be honest
- family has no relationship with BJB
